Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Adaptive Costumes (specialized designs with unique fittings)
- Baby Costumes (due to hygiene considerations)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Costumes without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item to our address (provided in the return instructions)
Important: Please include the return authorization number on your package. Returns without this number may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note that international returns may take additional time for processing and shipping. Customs duties and international shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
