We ship our costumes globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring the magic to you, no matter where you are.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal), our team of costume elves gets to work! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two magical shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Your order will be delivered via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over A$50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be utterly spellbound by your costume. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On
For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Adaptive Costumes: Due to their specialized designs and unique fittings.
- Baby Costumes: Due to important hygiene considerations.
- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
All returned items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Get Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything without this number.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the authorization number on the package, and ship it to our address at:

Refunds & Their Journey Back to You
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse:
- We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your bank or credit card account.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent to you.
